Make sure to check the market price before ordering though HAHA ! - Hotate Sushi . I'm usually not a fan of scallop, but their scallop is honestly MIND-BLOWING ! It's hugeeee and sweet, and buttery, and tender! Please get this because its sooo good - Their carpaccios are also very good . All the raw fish is fresh so everything tastes really good! Hamachi Usuzukuri, Kanpachi Usuzukuri, Kurodai Carpaccio, and Binnaga Tataki are all delicious - Oxtail fried rice . YUMMY, another favorite of mine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very rich in flavor, meat is sooo tender, it is incredible!! - Special Platter. We also get this special sashimi platter from the bar. The salmond is very unique and delicious. We're all not really sure what salmon it is, but all think it is a smoked salmon, but it's somehow still raw (idk HAHAHA). A very nice dining experience here. Can't wait to go back because everything is just sooooo good. Get their raw fish, people!! ”
